Hi there 👋

I'm Pushpendra, an aspiring software developer currently pursuing my undergraduate studies at IIT Gandhinagar. Here is a glimpse into my journey and interests in the world of software development.

🔭 I’m currently working as an SDE intern in Data Analytics and Infrastructure Services team at Trading Technologies International, Inc.

🌱 I’m currently learning about data migration, services integration and data processing using Apache Spark, AWS, and Cassandra.

💻 In order to understand emerging technologies, I have tried my hand at learning about blockchain development and game development through internship, hackathons, and personal projects. I have also contributed to open-source projects related to machine learning and web development.

- Worked in the Data Analytics and Infrastructure Services team.
- Managed and optimized data migration, services integration and data processing using Python, AWS Lambda, Cassandra, and REST APIs.
Software Developer: TezAsia Hackathon 2022
Jul 2022 - Aug 2022
- Submitted a decentralized health record application that solves the problem of maintaining a medical record database. The submission was awarded with $150 after deployment and testing by the organizers.
- Learned about the Tezos Blockchain, and programming smart contracts over the course of 1 month.
- Executed the plan to develop the backend using the SmartPy library and Python, and integrated the frontend using the TaquitoJS library in a team of 2 over the course of 2 weeks.
Game Developer Intern: ARC LifeSkills
Feb 2022 - Jun 2022
- Spearheaded the development of educational games for students of class 8-12 that will habituate them in present global scenarios using the Unity Game Engine and C# programming language.
- Conceptualized the game elements by collaborating in a team of 4. Refined prototype for web-based launch.
Web Developer Intern: IIT Gandhinagar
Sep 2021 - Nov 2021
- Revamped the internal website to increase website traffic and decrease the maintenance cost.
- Coordinated in a team of two to integrate NextJS and NotionAPI to remove legacy version and create an easy-to-upgrade website backend. Designed a minimalistic UI for the frontend.
